Application
The colors must be mixed with Igora Royal Oil Developer 3%, 6% or 9%. Mixing ratio 1:1. The shades can be mixed with each other. Leave the color on for 10 minutes and then rinse. This product is a professional colorant and should only be used with the necessary expertise.
