RefectoCil Oxidant 3% Cream is a stabilized, creamy developer that has been specially developed for use with RefectoCil eyebrow and eyelash tints. In addition to the liquid version, this cream-based formula offers a particularly smooth consistency that facilitates mixing with the color and enables precise application.

How to use

Preparation: Clean the eye area thoroughly and protect the skin.
Mixing: Mix 2 cm of color with 15-20 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant 3% cream to form an even paste.
Application: Apply the mixture carefully to the eyelashes and eyebrows.
Application time: Standard tint: 10 minutes / After RefectoCil Blonde Brow: 1-5 minutes / After RefectoCil Eyelash Curl: 2 minutes

Removal: Gently remove with clear water and a cotton pad.
