nach den ersten paar Bürstungen fehlte schon ein Pin

vielen Dank für Dein Feedback bezüglich der Bürste.

Jede dieser Bürsten verfügt über ein Luftloch im Kissen. Dieses erkennst du daran, dass dieses Loch nicht in einer Reihe mit den Borsten steht. 
Höchstwahrscheinlich handelt es sich bei der fehlenden Borste um das Luftloch, damit das Kissen schön weich bleibt und dein Haar nicht beschädigt wird.
 
Gerne kannst Du das bei deiner Bürste überprüfen. Sollte dennoch eine Borste fehlen, dann möchten wir dich bitten, die Bürste an uns zurücksenden. Unsere Qualitätssicherung wird die Bürste dann genauer prüfen und gegebenenfalls werden wir dir die Bürste ersetzen.
 
Wir hoffen sehr, wir konnten Dein Problem damit lösen.
