Application
The Discipline Bain Fluid List is applied to wet hair. Use a hazelnut-sized amount of shampoo and massage it into your hair. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water immediately after shampooing. After your shower, carefully rub your hair dry with a fine towel.

Tip
For brittle hair that requires special care, there is also the Mask Maskeratine.  It additionally nourishes the hair for extreme suppleness. Use it once a week and you will see immediate results. Also use a hazelnut-sized amount and spread it over damp hair in lengths. Leave on for 5 minutes and rinse.
